These terms govern your use of Mehndisathi's website, marketplace support, and official WhatsApp communications. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Service purpose

Mehndisathi helps people discover and communicate about mehndi-related services, artists, tutors, learning, products, and business opportunities. Available features may change as the platform develops.

Accurate and lawful use

You must provide accurate information, respect other users, and use the service only for lawful purposes. You must not send abusive, deceptive, infringing, unsafe, or unauthorised promotional content, or attempt to disrupt or bypass our security controls.

Marketplace relationships

Unless we explicitly state otherwise for a specific transaction, independent artists, tutors, customers, learners, suppliers, and other marketplace participants remain responsible for their own representations, services, pricing, availability, payments, taxes, licences, and legal obligations.

WhatsApp communications

When you message our official WhatsApp account, we may use automated questions and replies before an administrator joins. Carrier, internet, and WhatsApp terms may also apply. You can stop the conversation or block the business account at any time.

Availability and changes

We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may update, limit, or suspend features to maintain security, comply with law, or improve the platform.

Content and intellectual property

You retain rights in content you submit and permit us to process it as needed to operate and support the service. Mehndisathi branding, software, and original platform content may not be copied or misused without permission.

Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.
