Data Deletion Instructions

Effective 4 September 2026

You can ask Mehndisathi to delete personal information associated with your website or WhatsApp interaction.

How to submit a request

  1. Email support@mehndisathi.in with the subject Delete my Mehndisathi data.
  2. Include the WhatsApp number or account email associated with your request. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, government identification, or payment-card details.
  3. We may reply through the associated email address or WhatsApp number to verify that you control the account or conversation.

What happens next

After verification, we will locate the relevant records and delete or anonymise eligible personal information. We aim to complete valid requests within 30 days and will tell you if applicable law allows or requires more time.

Some limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, disputes, or enforcing agreements. Information may remain in protected backups until the normal backup cycle expires.
